With the start of this blog also comes the start of a new body and lifestyle. As of tomorrow morning (well, I say “morning”, but I mean “afternoon”, since that is morning to me) I am starting the ten day Master Cleanse. By doing the Master Cleanse, I am choosing to not eating any solid foods for ten days, and as a food-lover, I can’t say I’m too excited about what awaits me. Doing the MC also means that I have to quit smoking, which I have been making excuses for for about as long as I can remember. I will lose a minuscule amount of muscle as well by doing this, which will mildly affect my pole dancing, but I am fortunate in that I develop muscle like weeds grow, and I will also be continuing my hiatus from dancing while doing the MC – webcam only for now.
I will post a few photos of the now, and then a few after shots.
The point of the Master Cleanse isn’t to lose weight, but it’s definitely a “side effect”. Around May sometime I found out I was pregnant; I lost the baby, but I put on a lot of weight and haven’t been able to shed it, so I can’t say I’ll be too sad to see it go. Additionally, if y’all have any weight loss or strength training tips you’d like to share with me, let me know! I’ll try them out and let you all know how they work in my personal experience.
If you’d like to follow my progress (maybe you want to try it yourself?) I will be posting daily videos on YouTube of my progress and how it is affecting me. Click here for my channel.
I can’t wait to hear from you all!
